There's not enough info in this clip to comment either way.(You probably know this already, but in case someone in the comments here was wondering)
If you're gonna do this properly, (like a pro)[like me], after you consider the local climate, you'll want a solid surface to start, not on topsoil like this, but the layer of dirt underneath we call, "Grade", if you can't, you'll have to use a "Tamper" to hard-pack that gound. This step is super important because if you don't, that slab's gonna crack. There's a ton more stuff than most people think, that goes into building with concrete....like it's span, it's weight, materials, the soil conditions underneath and surrounding the slab....and on-and-on....
A lot of what makes a slab last, has to do with what it's sitting on.
It really helps to think of, what you would call "the ground", as if it were fluid...make sense?

And your side forms are gonna fall off on the block. Would because you don't have any stakes there unless you put them there after the video
