Here I am six months post the vaccine I have lupus I’m so sick they have me on an antibiotic and anti-viral. I will never get another immunization shot again and I’ll never give my dogs anything other than what is completely necessary like rabies shot.

This is the BEST info on the Shingles vaccine I've seen on YOUTUBE. I had my 2nd dose of Shingrix yesterday and developed mild symptoms in the middle of the night- chills, body aches sore arm. Took the day off work to rest up. I had shingles about 10 years ago along my left arm- NOT a walk in the park.The pain and burning is no joke. Post Herpetic Neuralgia kept me from really using my left arm for about a good month afterward. Although the vaccine is unpleasant, it's nothing compared to getting Shingles.

I got the Shingrix vaccine. I am very healthy and a gym-goer. I felt like I had the flu for a day and a very sore arm. I was so sick, I slept most of the next day. After that I felt a lot better. I'm not looking forward to the next shot, but I really don't want nerve damage from shingles.

I got the first dose of shingles vaccine on Thursday, 5pm. It is now Saturday morning and I woke up with rashes spread on both arms and hands. They are itching. I just took benadryl and a tylenol. I'm trying not to get worried 🙃. Just hope the rash subsides.

This was helpful and spot on for me. My first shingrix vaccine hit me hard, chills, body aches everywhere, headaches, fatigue, stomach nausea....like really bad flu symptoms that cleared up after 3 days. Second shingrix vaccine had me feeling chills, body aches everywhere even my scalp was sensitive like with first vaccine and fatigue but not as extreme as first time around. Hopefully these symptoms will clear up by day 3 as well.

I put it off, but I ended up getting my first of the two doses today. I have a friend who got shingles and it’s been two years and she still has severe nerve pain that has not gone away and gabapentin is not helping her I feel bad for her and do not want that to happen for me.

Hi everyone. My side efforts.The very same day I took the vaccine, I was good until I went to sleep.woke up during the night with chills, and fever up to 103. The next day fever that wouldn’t brake, body aches, chills. So much like Covid symptoms, I kept testing myself, but came back negative. On day 3, no fever, but body still aches, and so does my head, and neck.Arm is sore, red,and still a little hard, and swollen from the shot. It’s a rough one.make sure you take it on a Friday if you work during the week. Take care, and good luck.

I had shingles’s at the age of 46, it changed my life forever, the pain never went away and got depressed, I went for a person who ran half marathons to do nothing and gain 30 kilos due to the antidepressants, every single time I have a stress episode, the horrible burning pain comes back and lately I started with pain in eye nerve and forehead apart from the burning pain on my back. I counted the days to be 50 years old and get the vaccine. I got it 2 days ago, no the best experience, it was painful since the fist drop came inside, 30 minutes after the shot i developed tons of pain on my arm, neck and back, got fever, body aches from head to toe. I feel better today except my arm, but nothing of this pain is compared with 2 years of shingles burning pain I had.
