Inside My Creepy Camper Van | Basic Build Tour

Take a look at my relatively simple build in my Chevy G20 high top camper van. This is a basic setup to make the van functional before doing a full remodel in the near future. This set up includes auxiliary battery power, shore power, a queen sized bed, a heater and a simple storage and kitchen working space. Pretty basic for a lot of van builds, but still a step up from my old subaru outback camper build.

Future plans include, solar power, better insulation, more battery power, a water tank and a more refined interior.
I also plan on doing a small lift and larger tires, and a selectable locker to help tackle tricky roads.

If I can find a 4wd van, I'd probably prefer that.

Looking good Donnie, bet it’s a lot more comfortable than the Subaru haha I’m gonna be working on some new stuff for my Subaru soon now that I know what I need and where everything typically goes ... I plan to keep saving and buy some land somewhere nice, build a tiny a-frame to sleep in while I build a cabin/homestead then use the a-frame for the bathroom or workshop
