Anji's back in the HHV kitchen for another healthy recipe demo! This time she's making an 80-10-10 raw vegan fruit based "oatmeal" alternative. The taste will make you think of wintry holiday mornings for sure! Its quick and easy to make, perfect for on the go breakfast or snacks any time of day.
INGREDIENTS:
5 ripe bananas
2 sweet apples (Anji used Cameo)
6-8 soft dates (Anji used Khadrawry)
Cinnamon to taste (Anji used Ceylon Cinnamon)
Handful sun dried raisins (optional)
