Just the right amount of spices without overdoing it. The chicken is marinated in milk, yogurt and spices to tenderise the meat making it super juicy and flavourful. Hey thanks! I made the best fried chicken marinating in milk & spices overnight! Now I always do that. Same as yours except ginger. Will try the bay leaf and just egg whites 😍 I use Hungarian sweet paprika.
