Make a Better Avocado Toast

Farideh is in her home kitchen making everyone’s favorite breakfast food: avocado toast. She starts off by making a homemade garlic chili oil, before spooning it onto mashed avocados and serving the toast with a jammy egg.

Ah yes Avocado Toast the food of the gods and the main preventer of economic advancement for an entire generation. Personally I try to consume anywhere between 900k to 1.5 million dollars worth of Avocado Toast every year. It is the main reason I can't afford a house. :)

If you want to make pretty food go for it, but it should be food first and picture second. This is a slice of bread with avocado on one side and 2 halfed eggs on the other. It is a avocado toast kit at max and not even a dish -.-
