10: Pin (BFDIA 5c) - Lightning zapped a tree which then crushed her
9: Bell (BFB 7) - Her face was impaled by Naily
8: Book (TPOT 9) - She was ripped up by Pillow, and while we don't see it it still would be pretty gruesome
7: Yellow Face (BFDIA 9) - He was trapped in the Clubhouse of Awesomeness, which was sinking in acid and as a result he painfully disintegrated
6: Foldy (BFB 1) - She was shredded by the basket's propeller
5: Coiny (BFDIA 9) - He was trapped in a floating cash register in space for months, which causes him to slowly asphyxiate to death
4: Needle (BFDIA 5c) - She was set on fire and she couldn't escape since she was still down in the spikes
3: Book (BFDIA 4) - She was put inside an oven with super hot temperature
2: Spongy (BFDIA 5c) - His face was impaled by spikes
1: Coiny (IDFB 1) - Literally put his face in BOILING OIL just to show how a deep fried breath works

Some honorable mentions:
Spongy (BFDIA 9) - He gets trapped in a trash compactor which is too small to fit him, then he gets crushed to death without warning
Book (BFDIA 9) - She was ripped to shreds by Puffball Speaker Box, all because she read the word "Lips"
Tree (TPOT 7) - His body was slowly and painfully ripped apart by Fanny, Pillow and (unintentionally) Black Hole
Pen (BFB 3) - He's brutally sucked up by Black Hole
Woody (BFB 19) - He's set on fire and he suffers a slow and painful death

1:59 I watched a video about the most painful ways you could die, and at the top was boiling, or burning to death. This is definitely one of the most gruesome deaths I’ve seen in an object show. Really glad they didn’t show this 😓

About the number 1 death, Unusual Yikes actually animated what it would have been like! I would recommend checking it out, though it isn't for the faint-hearted :)

grassy and marker burning for many minutes (tpot 4)
pen being crushed by a recovery center (tpot 2)
firey and leafy in the ferris wheel on the announcer crusher (bfb 25)

TPOT 9: Barf Bag was emptied and nauseated, turned into a zombie after being filled with lava infused vomit, which probably burned their insides, and then had their insides scooped out and fed to people. I think that death is pretty brutal.
