Should history ever be repeated?
Sometimes, yes, sometimes no.

Should it ever be censored?
Never.

As a Japanese which have studied our country’s history, I can say the emperor “Hirohito”, called Shyowa emperor, was never brutal at all.
The result of the war was invited by Japanese military sections.
Certainly, he had the responsibility for the unable of stopping them as a top of my country.
However he devote himself to stop the military and after the war, he was always Apologize citizens and other countries that we gave many sacrifices to.
As you might know, the story between Hirohito and MacArthur represents his character.
As a consequence, i wanna demand you only that please don’t express him as just only being brutal.
I think this can also apply to all of human, of course Hideki Tojo is included.
We are too ignorance to evaluate.

Actually, the real person responsible for the actions carried out by the Japanese forces was not Hirohito, it was Hideki Tojo.

Hirohito is not a brutal dictator. The war was led by the military.
It is infuriating that the victorious nations of World War II are treated like symbols of justice and Japan is seen as an empire of evil.

Unlike Hitler and Mussolini, Emperor Hirohito was loved by the people even after losing the war. Long live His Majesty the Emperor

Hirihito wasn't really incharge during ww2 he was more of a figure head used to control people. Hideki Tojo was the mastermind.

The fact that he had to censor Hi+ler's eyes to make sure he doesn't get demonitized says a lot about how powerful Hi+ler was.
