🔴 What's your purpose?
Let’s be honest, we’re made for more, and we know it. Nothing in this world can satisfy us--not wealth, pleasure, status or anything else the world sells us. We are made for perfect truth, perfect love, perfect goodness, perfect beauty, perfect health, and eternal life.
How do we know? When we don’t get what we’re made for, something deep inside us revolts against it. When we’re cheated, lied to, manipulated, sick, or when a loved one dies, we feel this viceral, "No, no, that’s not the way it’s supposed to be!"
We are made for God, period. What he has given us to fill our needs and bring us to himself are his son, Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, and the Church. The Catholic Church is the Church founded by Christ himself, upheld by the Holy Spirit, endowed with the fullness of grace and truth, the full sacramental life, and she is the means through which God wills to save souls.
🔴 Catholic Problem:
Catholicism has profound theology and rich spirituality, but it can be difficult for some Catholics (especially youth) to grow in their faith and make connections to their daily life. This apostolate, Passionately Catholic, exists to unite souls more closely to Christ and his Church by exploring topics that are fun, relevant, and appealing--not only for committed Catholics, but for anyone. Topics like Star Wars, Marvel, pop culture, money, dating, marriage, parenting, health, apologetics, Q&A, Saints, Catholic teachings--topics to evangelize, educate, and inspire.
