Ingredients, 2 cups bread/AP flour, 1 cup water, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp active dry yeast and a drizzle of Olive Oil.

Ingredients
2 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of active dry yeast
1 cup of water

Add your flour and salt into a mixing bowl and whisk . Then add your yeast and your water then mix. Then kneed 2-3 minutes until it forms a mass. Move to a clean bowl and drizzle some olive oil and then kneed for another minute. Then cover with plastic rap and let sit in room temperature to rise for 24hrs. After that time divid equally and fold in half a couple times for each piece (press and turn). Press the seems and cover for 4hrs. Then bake at 350 degrees Celsius or higher till cooked.

My pizza turned out exactly like the one in the video. First time is ever happened, and I’ve been trying to make pizza dough for years. My Only mistake was potentially loading up the pizza with some ham and mushrooms which stopped the entire pizza from rising. Thank you so much for posting this video. Fantastic stuff

Please do pt 2. Show us ur hand tossing or patting skills. That way we can see the thickness u make n how much cheese. Just made some airy edge thin crusts yesterday.

The best hydration ratio for pizza is 70% water to flour.
This will make it lot easier to stretch and better crust.

I've tried hundreds, really hundreds, of pizza dough recipes. We had our first pizza with your recipe tonight. By far, the best. I will use no other. Now, what is your sauce recommendation? I used a 28 oz. Can of whole, peeled tomatoes. Drained them. Then, broke them up with my hands along with a big swig of EVOO and a teaspoon and a half of salt. It was good, but do you have one better?

I make pizza a lot and I always leave my dough to rise not more than 50mins cus it rises too fast and beyond that time it just goes flat and sticky. But this video just made me realize my mistake is that I've been using too much yeast

Make sure the water is the correct temperature for the yeast.

As a friend of our oldest son found out that you can kill yeast and their fresh baked bread came out like a brick instead of a poofy and light loaf of bread and their biscuits came out like hockey pucks.
