I cannot fat burn with calories deficit because I’m skinny ( underweight ) with beer belly - which is worst shape one can be. I cut down alcohol and I’ve started training but at the same time I calculated my calories to be at 2570 - 2600 to add weight ( muscle mass of course - not more belly fats ). Is it possible to keep adding muscle mass but at the same time burn the belly without being on a calories deficit ?!?

It seems that I have a fast metabolism and an ectomorph body type ( gaining weight slower than most people ) ☝🏻🤔🤦🏻‍♂️

i agree with 3 out of 4, for BCAA i thought its worthless, but while i was on keto diet, Bcaa made a huge difference in recovery
