Reminds me of my wife’s grandma who didn’t like the name we picked for our son who is due in December so she spent 20 mins trying to convince us to use the name SHE liked. If it’s not YOUR baby or your life, you don’t get to make any decisions, plain and simple

I'm so tired of family/relatives who can't keep their noses out of places it doesn't belong. This is kinda off topic but it reminds me of my mothers side of the family 2years ago. They kept telling to go to a university instead of community college because it'd reflect badly on the family if I didn't. I asked wtf would pay for me attending university and that's when they got quiet and left me alone. This grandma needs to understand how expensive a child is. And that you don't have a child to just have one. 😪

It's not the place to decide when a couple should present her with another "bundle of joy". She's not the one who has to feed, clothe, educate, pay for medical/dental/orthodontic bills, etc. What's amazing about this daughter-in-law is that she puts up with this buttinsky mother-in-law.
