LOL Too funny. What she may want to do from now on is instead of buying these gifts, teach him creativity. Make/create something for the little girl, which will be from the heart and it will actually be something that he specifically did for her opposed to getting his mother to buy gifts. This also teaches him to think outside the box when showing that he likes someone.
