In this relaxing ASMR mindfulness video, you can relax to the sound of my close up ear whispers and personal attention!!! Hopefully this calming video will comfort you for sleep!!

Who am I :
My name is Isabel and I'm Dutch. My approach to ASMR video’s is combining entertainment in a form of imagination and fantasy (almost movie like) with relaxation. All wrapped into one video for you. This way you can enjoy my videos either before you go to bed to drift off easier, or you can just take a moment of relaxation during the day to calm down and relieve stress.
I’ve been posting ASMR video's since the 20th of June 2016! I hope you like it!

Cameras, editing software and mics that I use:
I've recorded this video with a Canon EOS 80D camera and an audio recorder Roland R-26 with 2 AKG C214 microphones for stereo sound. Here are the links:

I WISH i was exaggerating when I say i’ve tried to watch this 4 nights in a row and i can NEVER get past the part where we focus on our toes lol! I genuinely could not tell you anyrhinf about the rest of the video, i don’t make it! Looove your content :•)

This is my go to when I have tingle immunity. It grounds my thoughts and it usually does the trick. Only a few times I actually was still awake at the end, but it’s usually because my thoughts drifted away. If you struggle with insomnia I highly recommend this body scan 👍🏻
