As soon as you go to a mental health professional, your spouse (usually the wife) will then claim you are an unsuitable parent because of mental problems. No proof is needed in family court.

You left out the ex-wife, lying on the stand, making false claims of abuse.

Do NOT seek treatment, in my opinion. Trust me, they will use it against you.

Go for long, long walks. Lift weights. Read. Drink beer, smoke pot, and have fun. But you MUST exercise. Heck, beer and weed MAKE the walks fun. Walk 10 miles each time.
