I’m sorry but the fact that Maggie got to do this made me so mad when I think about George and how he wasn’t allowed to know a lot of the things when it came to his dad. Like yeah he made decisions because his family didn’t know what to do but he was furious when Webber did a surgery that led to his death when they could have had more, however limited, time.
And honestly, I think that influenced Meredith’s opinion here, knowing how dangerous the surgery was and knowing it could shorten Maggie’s time with her mother

This is what ultimately made me not like Maggie. She let her love for her mother get in the way of what would actually help her in the long run and she was the most whiny character I’ve ever seen

I don't want to sound insensitive but Maggie made her cancer and overall health worse.

yeah maggie was the fault. she could have had more time with her mom if she thought about her mom and not about herself.

The way she put her mom through this awful battle to selfishly keep her around 1 more day longer really makes me sad. I believe in dying with dignity and it just makes me furious that she did this. I would NEVER EVER put my mom through that. I wouldn't put my dog through it why do we let our loved ones suffer.
