Chewy chocolate coffee cookies

AD| I’ve teamed up with the awesome
Sage appliances to create the dream coffee biscuits! Yep you heard it, coffee and biscuits?! What’s not to like?! This appliance is my dream and honestly the best thing I’ve ever put in the kitchen, see you later outside coffee shops! Get yours here

Ingredients
Butter 110g
Baking powder 1-2 tsp
Plain flour 225g
Egg x 1
Chocolate x 400g Plain or dark
1 x Tsp Vanilla extract
1 x Shot espresso
100g x Granulated sugar
150g x Brown sugar

Yum! I’m going to try these bad boys today. I might add a pinch of sea salt to the batter to get that lovely subtle salted chocolate flavour. Thanks for the recipe!

I desperately want to make these with orange infused dark chocolate and at the end when the chocolate is still warm after dipping, zest some orange over it. Sunday sorted.
