Having failed at other businesses before, Joseph was laser focused on learning from his mistakes this time around. In the beginning, he was hands-on in the daily operations, but our work together helped to shift his mindset regarding being an owner-operator. We spent a lot of time working together to expand his view of what his business was capable of and it clearly worked!

Joseph highlights the importance of accurate P&Ls, business systems, business contracts, and a good company culture as being critical to increasing the value of his business.
