I bought this laptop on the 16th of January and its a great laptop

1:37 I believe it’s two thunderbolt 3 ports and not thunderbolt 4 ports. Aside from the no dual display part, wished I had a brighter screen and better webcam. But other than that, it’s a great machine. I like the wedge design for comfortable typing.

a cheap ubs hub can work i use one for me dell gaming laptop for extra ubs connections if you want to connect a hard drive external and for a dvd drive and i use htmi cables to connect my laptop to my 75 inch 4k tv

The M1 is a great choice even today. However only if you can find one for less than 1K USD with 512GB of storage and 16GB of RAM

I’d say this MacBook Air is worth it for the average user but you should probably consider upgrading to 16 GB of ram, especially when apple intelligence comes out.

Running ChatGPT + a lot of chrome tabs + steaming music would slow down my 8gb m1.
