2 cups (220g) cocoa powder
3/4 cup (170g) butter, softened at room temperature
1/2 cup (100g) sugar (preferably powdered)
2/3 cup (150ml) milk
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)

I just made this and it turned out absolutely beautiful. **I DID NOT USE SUGAR, BUT INSTEAD USED POWDERED ALLULOSE.** I made ½ of a batch to test it. I did not use a mold. I just used a 4x6 refrigerator/freezer container and put it in the refrigerator. I will take it out and check on it to see if/when I can unmold it and then just cut it into pieces. If it doesn't come out easily I'm not terribly concerned about that.

Apparently if you use milk instead of milk powder, the water content of the milk ruins it, it will not solidify at room temp, only frozen. I made it. Either use milk powder or leave the milk out entirely unless you want a very soft (melted) chocolate.
