There is a fine line between too strict and form that allows you to get a sufficient stimulus to the muscle that is being trained. At the end of the set you should use just enough cheating that you still get the weight up by primarily usinng the muscles that you want to use and slow down and go strict on the negative portion of the movement. I have seen way too many people remain novices in term of hypertrophy and strenght because they think that freaky strict forms equals progress.

Most important things. Have rest stop sleeping 6h starting sleeping 8h or more its hard but for me i had to cut on my gaming time and you will see more gain faster. I also disagree to a certain degree your form will be ass for the last few reps make sure the rest are perfect or near. Compare yourself to the last month each month you shoulf see a change in strength maybe not muscle but each month should be getting a little stronger. WARM UP is crazy underrated and is a must this guy got right.

For me I see others as goals and inspiration to get better, for example I have a friend who is the smartest person I have met in my life, and I work to at least get as close as I can to his intelligence, I have someone I simply cant beat in martial arts and I work better to surpass them, When I see someone better than me I analyze what they do to make themself who they are, viewing them not as someone better than me, but as someone im going to eventually surpass, and while its entirely possible I wont surpass them I want to do as great as I can, work as hard as I can, to get there.

Me slowly smiling cause Ik I think and act like this. Just last year I was your typical teen. I felt like shit and was really deep in the loser pit. Out of shape, not focused, lazy (aka loser).
Im proud of what I accomplished and am happy where I stand today, but only getting started

Much respect. You could start gear and be the next sensation but rather than chase glory you choose to inspire..

Only one I don’t agree with is the routine one 😅 I get bored with a strict routine. But I do try to keep chest/tri:mon hams/glutes:tues shoulder/abs:wed quads/abs: thu and back/arms:fri in order but for workouts I kinda do what I feel. Is that bad? 😅
