Very soothing video and so true. It feels better to stop chasing so many things, and focus on the few things that truly matter instead like family and the present momemt. I just started truly realizing and embracing this and it took away my anxious feeling of feeling like I want to or have to do twenty things when I need to do one thing at a time and appreciate this moment and the people in it.
