In one of your other videos you said stick to your cals and track for 30 days and see what happens. I am only tracking cals and protein. Today is day 29. Down 7.5 lbs as of this morning.

Initially, I told myself I'd have the body I want back (first time gaining weight) in the first 3 months of training. HA! Joke was on me. Then I was like nah-- let's say 6 months once I started seeing progress. Now im like even 6 months won't do-- let me do a YEAR. lol So thankful for the confirmation. I can always count on you, coach! Although I truly need to start taking more progress pics and logging my progress via inches. I track cals and protein

I needed this! 6 months into boot camp and about 50-60 lbs lost but I am no where near my goal. Progress pics, tracking workouts and ONE year is all part of a successful plan! Truth hurts but this is a long term journey. No short cuts here. Defined stomach area is going. to take WORK! And TIME!

This is so true. It took me almost a year to see results. I started my weight loss journey when I was 235 pound I’m currently 180 pound. I’m trying to lose 30 more pound throughout this journey I learned that taking my time is very important

Someone Told me that weight loss is like pregnancy, you don’t start really showing until 4 months and maybe even more

I have about 40 lbs I want to lose and I just started weight training and I LOVE IT. But I literally have a 3 year plan right now. It honestly has been the best thing for me because I know I have time so I'm doing it more sustainable. I'm giving myself a year - 1.5 years to lose the fat. (About 1 lb per week sometime less sometimes more) and 3 years to really change my muscle get gains etc lol. I'm not saying it will take me 3 yrs to be happy w myself it's just a way to enjoy the process without putting so much pressure on myself of having a stressful deadline

Can you make some videos mainly talking about weight gain? It would be so helpful! I’m glad I found your channel from TikTok :)

I am only able to excerise at home and limited to weights (Dumbbells) will I still lose fat and build with lifting 8-15 lbs dumbbells?

I ponder, I understand that by eating at my deficit would make me lose weight but I question if I ate under my Maintenance, ET 300 calories off can I still dropped body fat?
My maintenance is 1938 my Deficit is 1437, If I ate at least a 1600 or 1500 will I still lose body fat or I’ll still be at my maintenance? I feel like I would probably dropped 05. Doing this but I work at a job that makes me move a lot so often I feel like eating more than.

I lost 42lbs in 12 weeks starting out in my backyard while gaining muscle before joining a gym. Years later ive trained my friend amd he gain 25lbs pure muscle in 5 month while remaining at 6% body fat. If your not seein results that fast especially first year. Your doing something wrong
