o hell yea the 390 has a nice stroke and bore  for low end but its a V8 for the high end and its thick skined its one of them 500k befor needing a rebuild motors

As soon as I saw the body style of that Ford I knew it would win I had a 1980 f 100 same body style there's something about the weight distribution on them they are awesome in the mud and snow mine was only a 250 inline 6 and two wheel drive but it would go through snow up to the doors no problem

Now I’m a certified mechanic and honestly everyone is favoriting their favorite brand but the fact is every truck has a breaking point I’ve seen fords fall apart and I’ve seen Chevys fall apart and the Chevy was runnin street tiers the ford was built lifted and had mud tiers plus the Chevy coulda been runnin for awhile before this was shot and the ford coulda been rested and if y’all payed attention he couldn’t get the chev in gear
