Jordan Peterson on Ambitious Women

I am a woman in big law and he’s wrong women don’t leave the firms for family (this has been proven) they leave because the higher you go to more difficult it is for women. It makes it impossible to juggle everything in my experience women get judged for the dumbest shit while they guys just get to live and do their jobs. It’s even more frustrating when all the decisions are made by men who don’t emphasize with ambitious women. They always want the guy. My point is men don’t like ambitious women so when they see it they put a lot of barriers to it and hope they give up. Most do because the money isn’t worth that level of clownery. Women to want the roles and do work their asses off (in my experience more than men) they just get blocked my their own team more often.
