How Powerful is Odin Compared to Thor and Loki?

In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Odin hasn’t exactly had a ton of screen time all things considered. So it’s not surprising that many fans know him because of his questionable parenting decisions and his love of a nice, long nap. But underestimating him would be a massive mistake, and those supposedly peaceful slumbers are the cost of accessing the ultra powerful Odin Force. This character is a legendary King and the MCU’s Odin pales in comparison to the one we’ve seen in the comic books. But even the big screen version shouldn’t be underestimated and is capable of matching or defeating the God of Thunder himself. Today’s fictional matchup pits father vs. his biological son Thor and his adopted child the trickster Loki. Conquering the 9 Realms wasn’t easy and even though we’ve only seen snippets of his past they’re enough to show just how mighty this character really is.

You never mentioned that Thanos had to wait for Odin to die before he could move on Nova or Asgard, even with the biggest army in the universe. In the comics, anytime Thanos moved against Odin, Odin beat the shit out of Thanos.
