When Odin says, “Even when you had two eyes, you could only see half the picture.” to Thor, I think Odin understands that it fits himself as well. Odin is wise enough to know he is not the wisest. And this is the lesson that Thor has learned. His search for strength is what makes him strong, as Odin’s search for wisdom is what makes him wise.

Anthony Hopkins actually declined to appear in 'Ragnarok' after the first offer. But after reading the script, he said it was the perfect sendoff to Odin. And he was absolutely right. That last line "No...you're stronger." That just says so much doesn't it?

Marvel actually stood to the mythos also the fact that Thor isn't the god of a hammer he is literally the god of thunder and can control the weather, he is basically like Zeus
