Can I do this daily or only a few times a week? I'm pretty weak here. It's embarrassing but also good to have located a weakest link for running that is easily fixed.

heyyy !! I do this exercise for 2 months. I can see a different now, my legs so skinny now . I just do 50 reps per day total 150 reps .

I did 5 of these each side but these have made my hips really sore and stiff. I've got bilateral hip bursitis and tendonitis.

To properly perform this exercise, you must first tighten your quads to straighten your leg, tighten/active your glutes then you lift the leg up. Other wise you aren't getting the full benefit of this exercise.
