I’m 29 years old and I have experienced these fevers or feelings of being hot and really weakened but not every month. I don’t see a doctor I don’t feel it necessary. I just sleep it off.

I had my period since I was around 13 and it’s the first time that I actually feel nauseous, today I was in the car and got so nauseous. So I had to walk home and I got chills like I was hot and cold I’m so scared I’ve never felt this way before 😭

get absolutely before my period and the very first day. My entire body HURTS that it’s a hassle to walk sometimes, I always feel nauseous. I have to force myself to eat. My lower back always gets this dull throbbing pain. Small headaches, serious mood swings, anxiety levels on 1, 000.

All my life I never knew there existed something like period flu. I usually have cramps, terrible cramps and that's just it. Recently, I started to feel really hot and flushed. I thought the climate was changing so I ask people, "Can you feel the heat? It's like the dry season is approaching." they shrug because they don't feel it. Few days after, I get headaches, diarrhoea and light fever. Then my period comes 12 days early and the fever migrates to high grade, high temperature, throbbing migraine and no medicine helps. I searched for natural methods to bring down a fever on YouTube and did an exercise by Austin Goh. Few minutes later, my fever broke but I'm still feeling hot, sweating ughhhh. Being a, woman is hard.

I always get fever symptoms on my periods and it worries my boyfriend alot. Goodness golly he's a saint, he always seems to have some sort of pain medicine, pads, and chocolate on hand along side a comforting hug. Periods suck man.

I get a fever before my period every month (never super high). I've told several doctors over the years and they never seem to think it's connected to my period, yet i always get the fever RIGHT before my period and no other time of the month.

I'm 28 years old and I just got this for the first time in my life I have never heard of this before. I'm actually going through it RightNow and I am irregular. After having my daughter I actually have been skipping months from having my period to the point that I don't remember when was the last time before RightNow. This is definitely not fun at all I actually didn't even get any food today because I puked it all out. All I have is water and even that makes me feel a little nauseous. I really hope I never get this again.

Well i sometimes throw up during some periods, or almost throw up. I always get diarrea and it sucks.. Like every time, so i’ve been on birth control pills. I quitted it, but i’m starting very soon. Body tempratures as well, i don’t know if i’m hot or cold during periods.. Just everything, i always have PMS. I feel normal maybe a couple weeks a month. I have aspergers as well, so just *everything* seems much worse for me, i get frustrated because of everything, i can’t get to school either during some periods, so it’s going to be the pill even though i gain weight of it. It’s better than this. ☹️ I’ve been a lot to doctors. Good thing is that i stopped getting cramps. (At least i think). How normal is it for women to get these things? Thanks for reading this. And thanks if i get answers. ❤️

I’m on my third day of my period, it usually is five days long. I feel sick right now, like I have the flu. I feel like I have a fever, clogged nostrils, stomachache, and I have nausea.

If you:

-Throw up
-Pass out
-Have massive fever
-Are bedridden
-Can't function

During your period, please see a gyno!

I don't have a "period flu" every period, but occasionally I do get really sick sometimes during my period. At the beginning of my period this month I was perfectly fine! But it was only till the very end did I get really sick. Headaches, dizziness, my back and neck were super sore, runny nose, chills and I ended up throwing up in the front of Applebees walk in! Yuck! My mother didn't believe that the period flu was a real thing so the whole time I was trying to rest because it's what my body wanted, I was getting yelled at smh. She said my "period flu " was something that my generation (gen z) came up with to get out of doing things
