My mom missed her period for 6 months. She was terrified. She went to the doctor, had everything checked, and she was perfectly fine. Don’t always get so worried when you miss a period, it’s completely normal.

My period skipped a month but then came back a week into the next month when my period usually comes towards the end of the month. Legit had a pregnancy scare cause i was peeing 5 times a night for awhile and was so tired. Never been happier to see blood in my underwear today to know my fears were sll in my head.😂

I'm terrified now that's there something wrong with me. I'm really hoping it's just weight gain. I usually exercise now during this quartine I don't do anything, but I gain weight easily. I tried exercising its hard to motivate yourself without anyone else like it doesn't feel like any pressure I can do like 30 situps with someone, but I end up doing 15 by myself.

If you miss alot of period please get checked. Especially if youre on the larger side. I was having less than 6 periods a year for years 6+. Then last year I started bleeding HEAVILY for 3 months straight. It was hell on earth. I even had baseball size clots. Landed in the hospital twice. Got checked biopsy and everything. I basically have a hormonal imbalance and insulin resistance. But it could have been avoided with weight loss and healthier lifestyle and I got on birth control (I know it isn't the cure). But if you need to get on BC while you begin your health journey just do it. It could save you do much trouble.
