How to use BfR Pro ARMS

Blood flow restriction training allows you to achieve the same results (even better) in a shorter period of time by lifting less and sparing your joints.

This video briefly demostrates how you should strap on the BfR Pro ARMS that will optimize your workout.

The correct pressure to apply when using BfR Pro ARMS is between 5-7 (0=no restriction, 10=fully restricted blood flow). To check if you have tighten it corectly press down one finger on the palm of your hand untl the skin turns white, remove the finger and the the normal skin colour should back in MAX 2 secons! If it takes longer LOOSEN THE BAND as you have restricted too much.
