Just a quick demonstration of the different positions you can put the BfR Pro GluteBuilder. This resistance band/loop can be used for exercises performed both in the gym and at home or on the go. It adds additional resistance to your regular exercises and optimizes your workout for better results.

The band can be placed in 3 different positions:

1) Above the knees
2) Around the ancles
3) Under the knees

The exercises performed in the video lists as followed:

1) Squats
2) Lateral leg lifts
3) Mountain climbers
