Need bigger arms? These bfr bands will help get you there, let’s get after it!

I thought it would be fun to make a video using these bands because it’s been awhile since I’ve used them but they work incredibly well. Now obviously there are a ton of different ways you can utilize these to hit different body parts but I went through two of my favorites. First arms, the way I like to hit these is either a giant set consisting of two bicep and tricep supersets back to back or picking one and hammering it. Like I said in the video if you don’t connect with your arms you will after this. Also, I ran through using them for calves because everyone needs bigger calves so why not.

Hey Ryan, thanks for bringing these up! I’ve had a pair of these bands for a while but have used them in a minute. Never thought to hurt myself and put them on my calves. More stuff like this would be awesome!!

How long should these be worn...can I wear them through the entire workout or should I take breaks between sets or exercises? Thanks for always keeping us informed and doing it with some funny ass commentary. Hope to see these soon.

I’ve been throwing weights around gyms for quite a few years and I have NEVER seen this calf exercise. I’ll take that abs try it. Thanks Ryan. 👍🏼

I do BFR all the time and I swear by it! Saved my joints because you don't need much weight seeing how it gets painful very quickly! My only issue is finding a set of straps where the plastic buckles don't give out and break so easily. Highly recommended though!

I do BFR for my off days or active recovery days. BFR is wonderful. It hurts like nothing else but its wonderful

For gastroc training with BFR, you should always keep the cuff as proximal as possible. So in this case, you should not be keeping the band around the gastroc, but as high up on the quad as possible.

YoI love your videos, i just learn from you I should target chest and shoulders one day back and biceps the next legs then arm I've been looking for these for days and you was the only one that really explained, can you make a beginner workout vids for women, I want to work out upper body and lower body. I would like to know how to train chest and shoulders, back and biceps, and arms also what exercises todo ok n leg day to build legs and glutes with dumbbells or ankle weights I have both, I cant wait to watch all your vids, thanks in advance

Hi, Another great to the point vid. When I bought mine, the instruction said to not wrap below the knee for calves, keep it upper thigh and you still occlude the veinous flow without impinging arterial supply. Have you tried both ways?
