Have followed the incredible Dr Berry for almost 2 years now. Just got blood work back for the first time in 3 years and have completely reversed my type 2 diabetes by following this advice.

He is right. My aches left two weeks after I went low carb. 10 months later I’m down 35 pounds and close to goal weight.

Imagine what would happen to the US and world economies if everyone ate whole foods without the carbs. The Pharmaceutical, cereal, bread, sugar, soda, candy, liquor, grain, and other companies would go out of business and likely lay off tens of thousands of employees, likely more. Even physicians would be affected to some extent. We get healthier and the economy takes a nose dive. That’s a tough decision. This might explain why there’s so much resistance from ‘the establishment’ to the Keto and Carnivore diet. I’m going the healthy route.

Anytime I have stopped eating bread in my diet, I immediately lost 20 pounds. By going on a Keto diet I lost 60 lbs in 6 months. He is absolutely right.

I often think 300 years ago 'food' did not come in boxes and had no bar codes and we would eat food in season.

I just had my semi-annual cardiologist appointment with his PA. She was impressed with labs and weight loss. I told her I’m on a carnivore diet now and she said great. She said the thinking on meats, eggs and fats are changing and told me about the 2018 paper on it. Funny thing is my cardiologist is vegan. lol

I was on keto six or so years ago. Lost 65 lbs…. A year ago I added “some” more whole carbs, like fruits and sone rutabaga. I have been feeling inflamed and icky. Two and a half weeks ago, went back to low keto (under 35 total carbs) permanently for me! Hello from Canada 🙋🏻‍♀️

I healed my Fatty Liver on l9w carb fasting and keto. Then fell off the wagon for just 3 months and all my liver studies returned to abnormal levels. I am now on carnivore and planning to reverse my ill-health and restore myself yo my optimal healthy self.

Cutting out sugar n processed food n eating beef, bacon, butter n eggs helped my triglycerides go Down from 198 to 79 … My A1c is 5.2 … My brain fog is almost gone … All my other bloodwork is normal … My bad cholesterol is slightly elevated but I’m not worried about … ☺️

I had dinner last night with my 2 nurse friends (I am not a doctor nor a nurse) - we extensively spoke about the carb problem and they say they know but they don’t walk the talk. I told them I’d not touch any carbs at dinner as I don’t eat them. They still put a dollop of rice in my plate. I don’t know how to make myself understood by my friends 😂 it’s like I come from a different planet 😅

I didn't realize how many carbs I ate. Love the pizza commercials that have bread sticks and cinnamon sticks to go with the pizza. Wow, then there is pasta with garlic bread...

Plus carbohydrates cause cravings for more & more- vicious cycle like eating fast food take out daily - hard to stop
