I'm 178 cm (5'10) at 15 years old, among my classmates someone is 168 cm (5'6), some 170 cm (5'7) and one guy's there who's 189 cm (6'3) and also there's a guy who's 142 cm (4'8)! So everyone of us are 15 year old but everyone's height differs

UPDATE: I am now 15 years and 3 months and about 5’9.5” (176.53 cm) (As of June 2024 when I was measured officially)

Damn, I'm 18 = 162cm 💀.

edit: Finally, After more than 2 months of working out and giving up coffee for a while, my height finally increased by 3.5cm and the last time I measured my height was 165.7cm. (Life without coffee is more bitter lol) 🗿

But everyone genetics and body are different
My father gained 2 inches more after 21
So believed that i will grow more and so
I started doing sports and stretching after 15 and you can see what happened
Dont get fooled by people who say stretch doesn't work
It helps your posture and increase bone density usually results as more HGH hormone
Note that i used to do sports as well like (football) and its fixated on running
Yeah so make your body go intense in its every part ultimately will resulted as more HGH and More height
So don't keep sitting all the day go out in Sun eat almonds and do sports
