The power of being indifferent and realizing that pressure is all made up in your head is really powerful. It gives you confidence in every step you take. A man who knows his worth and acts precisely and stays grounded is a dangerous man. Ngl I struggle with that but it takes time to be able to master ones frame.

Casey, feeling more is not bad. Reacting more is the issue. I am happily intense, and extremely motivated. I won't pass that up for fear of being judged as not stoic. I want to feel strongly, yet hold myself reserved for the best purpose. Discipline, balance, and follow-through are my main focuses these days. I cannot reach those if running from emotions. I have to make them work for me, not work on their behalf (emotions)

i've got to add something here... Some Men, although not all may not benefit from turning off emotions, it ain't easy, so don't suppress the emotions, use the emotions to fuel your purpose, transmute the emotions, OR, find an outlet, an artistic outlet like poetry, rap, painting and stuff like that that's gonna help you peace out. Meditation also helps in integrating, acknowledging and accepting emotions. Never take decisions based off of emotions. Channel it out
