@powerxl Please start making your air fryers in ceramic coating. PTFE and PFOA free! I want the 12 in 1 but only if it’s ceramic. 😞

After you look at the fan, you don’t want to eat the foods anymore. it look so dirty and is unable to clean it. How can a company design food product that can not be cleared.

I really like this products and use it almost daily. Problem I had is the finish in both baskets was gone in 3 months. Now when I wash it, I put the baskets back in at 370 for 1 minute to dry thoroughly so it doesn't rust. I've also had problems with grease pooling on the counter under the air fryer after use.

I saw a video on how to clean the air fryer and it said put some baking powder in a sprayer with water, spray the fan and the base of the fan with the mixture. Put water in the fryer bucket and put on 200 degrees for 10 minutes then clean the fan and base .

I just inherited one of these from my mom. It sat for months with something in it, and fruit flys infested it. I cleaned everything you mentioned but I need to clean the upper pan, heating element, and inner casing. Please help!

We use our air fryer almost every day and always wash it after every use but still grease buildup on it that not get off we practically don’t add any oil when is used.

I never add oil. My basket got all dark and gummy with baked on oil and grease. I tried using a light coat of oven cleaner and it took the "copper" coating right off! Pretty sure the coating is just spray paint. Also when hot, the basket was almost impossible to slide back in. It binds up. Guess I'll just throw it in the trash and get a better one.

My 7qt air fryer doesn’t have a separate basket. It has a fry tray. Is there a best way to pour out the oil? It’s a mess to dump out.

How do you clean the fan that has grease buildup

not really a good video sense the models arm is literally blocking the button on the handle to the basket to release. I had to google and look at other reviews to figure out how to take off the basket and clean it.

My xl is less than year old I use it a couple times a week.litterly I used it one day and the very next day it would not even turn on just a blank screen.any help does anyone know if there is a rest button for it? I want to buy the oven one but afraid it will go bad to.

i returned mine today.... was leaking oil out the bottom screw.... sadly its a known issue so they gave me a phillips instead....

Hi can you help me out urgent please. I've got this fryer arrived today. In the very bottom under where the backet fits, the base, there a rubber grommet towards the back, does that stay in there or do I remove please? Thanks
