That’s not a power clean. It’s just a clean. Power cleans don’t go past 90 degree bend in legs. Two different lifts

Front squats and also deadlifts. Personally when I strengthened my hamstrings my power clean max shot up

You should be able to clean either 85% of your front squat max. Or clean your 3 rep max but you’re going to have be very technical when it comes to that weight.

not to be that guy but that was a full clean. id personally argue the most important thing for power clean is the pull and triple extension and if you dont know what those are you shouldnt be maxing. in this regard RDLs might be the most important for most people.

I failed a 225 power clean, so close, I can’t get deep enough or I’m not throwing the wait high enough I’m not sure.
