Hi, I'm a linux beginner, I have a very old dual core pc with 8 gigabytes of ram, I recently installed Q4OS 4.7 and I'm happy with this distro, very stable and fast but I messed up with problems of incorrect installation on the programs, you miss dependencies, repositories etc ... However I'm curious to try windows 11 but in case it doesn't go well I would reinstall a linux distro again ... currently there is a more versatile, efficient and "beginner-proof" distro better than Q4OS? Or would I keep windows 11 and loading a distro in live from a USB stick or CD is feasible in terms of performance? Thanks.
