I ordered a set of kegel balls on Amazon (not the same as yours) and i obviously started out with the lightest weight. And after about 10 minutes maybe 15, i can't keep it in any longer and it falls out. My pelvic floor is very weak because of having 4 kids vaginally. I actually bought the set because i have a small cervix prolapse and my doctor said its because of weak pelvic floor musclea and kegels will fix my prolapse. But theres not much information out there about the kegel balls and i have some questions. If you could help answer some of my questions or could point me in the direction of someone who can I'd appreciate it. Thank you!
