PLEASE be very careful when doing this it’s not shown to have many long term effects and if you do it too much or don’t do it right and don’t know how to correctly relax your pelvic floor muscles afterwards you can cause muscle spasms, tightness, overactive pelvic floor muscles, pelvic pain, vulvar burning, painful sex, urination issues and constipation. This isn’t just some trend you should do it’s a serious thing that can cause damage if not done right please stop and be careful talk to your doctor or OBGYN before doing this

I had someone say, "Imagine you're holding in a fart!" And "Imagine you're picking up a blueberry with your butthole". Both made me laugh. Both helped me learn how to do a kegal.
