📼A customer success manager has to work cross-functionally within the company to ensure that they bring the best for every customer. At Veracode, the customer success management team works with four main teams: sales, marketing, product management, and customer support and engineering team. This way, they create strategic plans for each customer and give them the answers they need.

📼The customer success management team at Veracode spent the last couple of years developing new tools. They work with the standard ones like Salesforce, but they also have personalized add-ons like client success, fusion tools to track metrics and products of their customers, and also many analytics on the platform.
