I'm currently working in a customer service role, kind of like a call centre and I have been approached by a cleaning company for a CS Specialist role. I tick all 4 boxes but I'm not sure if this is for me, I'm hesitant to fully accept it even though I hate my current job and I'm desperate to change it.

I’m only 3 months into my high paying Digital Marketing CSM role at a small start up agency working with 200+ new franchises…NOPE this is not for me! I’m getting out of here 😆 I don’t care about the money anymore cuz the high stress, high anxiety role, and long hours is not worth my mental health 😭 Literally having a breakdown every single day and drowning with client support tickets or clients ghosting my emails

I’ll go back to working at a regular Digital Marketing and Creative role working for one company instead of working at an agency managing 200 franchises 😆
