Thank you, this is what have stopped me in the past. Everytime I have been working out I got sick and the momentum was lost.
Now I have had a blast this january and February, two months without being sick and then March came and BOOM 😢 I don't want to quit, I had a rest day yesterday with just a stroll around the neighborhood and some yoga which made me feel good but in the evening I was so sick again 😢
Today it is monday and I really Want to excerise but am scared, don't want to loose this momentum and don't want to get more sick... I will start with some yoga, can't go outside because my daughter also is home sick 😔
