Finished my first 36 hour fast, turned into a 48 hour fast. Down 36lb since 7/1/22 with 16:8 fasting. Thank you for your advice and educational videos! ❤️

Just got off a 45 hrs fast. I have been successful with varying my fast times. My weight is dropping. Belly fat is tough but I think it is slowly reducing. 🐌 I am so thankful to you Dr. Mindy. ❤️ I too am working towards a 72 hour fast. I love my fasting life. 😍

3 months ago I was "diagnosed" with T2D. never would have known, A1C of 13.4, Glucose: 486, triglycerides: 1095. I couldn't believe it, something I never gave a second thought. immediately went on low carb, walking every day, some resistance training. moving more to almost no carbs if I can, almost carnivore, but what really really help is intermittent fasting. sometimes I do 3 days, just did a 4 day water fast, but at least 16-24hr omad. Did bloodwork today, A1C down to 6.2, glucose 107, triglycerides 165. Still some way to go, but happy with the progress after only 3 months.

Hi Dr. Mindy, I've just come across your video. I'm new in fasting I started on the 3rd of October this year. I'm diabetic T2 but I've been losing weight since I started and I really Happy about this even my numbers are going down too. HBA1c was 55 mmol/mol in October, im looking forward to beating it down to 48 with this fasting regime. Thanks. I am empowered by watching your video on YouTube this morning.

Just ordered your book!!Looking very forward to seeing what it has to say. Well into menopause for a year and blood sugars are a little crazy. I am at 37 hours fasting right now and I've been doing that about every other day and looking for ways to switch it up, so that I can get into my happy place with glucose levels. I one hundred percent believe mine is affiliated with adrenal gland exhaustion which I know for a fact from testing. Plus I have an inflammatory skin condition from a virus I got 25 years ago. And it is still hanging on. The only way I can bring down the inflammation in my system since it's not really a treatable type thing other than prednisone is to fast and then of course when I juice and really clear my liver out with turmeric and ginger, celery, beets, lemon, etc. Looking forward to getting your book and mastering this thing.

No matter what i tried i couldn't lose weight and health auto immune got worse but you're IF 36/12 has done wonders for me! I'm 59. Great weight and health. Can you help my sister? She's even healthier than me with workouts, eating etc. IF isn't changing for her. She's 57. At her 36 hours barely keytones and blood sugar up to 125. She has your book, following these ideas. Any guidance is greatly appreciated

Definitely buying your book! I'm in a conundrum 55yo, 5'8", 126lbs whole food plant based nutrition and yet my a1c & glucose have skirted the red zone & last week my triglycerides were over 460. Need your expertise for sure!
