I would love to hear how they design and coordinate their experiments. With such an incredible facility I'm sure there is a massive amount of thought before it is actually carried out.

As @LamaPaj said it would be quite interesting to get into particle identification via the different techniques (track curvature, dE/dx, etc) and the categories of detectors with their positions.

VIEWER QUESTION: Are there any elements that cannot be bombarded in the collider? Do they have the ability to investigate all elements, or only certain ones? Thank you - Ontario, Canada

I've heard the entrance "tunnel" is pretty impressive and has enormous pipes for all the cooling gases/liquids. I'd really appreciate a view on them.

(Read the second comment first). A formula which relates displacement, time and acceleration is as follows: s=ut+(1/2)at². We assume that initial velocity u is 0, so: 1000=1/2(9.81)t² -> t=14 seconds, again, despite the object's mass.

Awesome! I am really excited about this.I'd love to hear about their work with Neutrinos and if they plan on recreating the conditions where they were observed moving faster than light. Cheers!

@BrooklinFunkProject the collider doesnt do elements/atoms. it only collides protons, which are a part of what atoms are made of.
