It is obvious that Quebeckers no longer care about their language and culture, so I would suggest that one way to save money in the federal gvt is to get rid of this costly, career-limiting bilingualism business. Imagine the savings to our manufacturers if they didn't have to print french on labels, if public servants didn't have to be bilingual and so on. A veritable fortune would be saved!
