Such a great instructor! This has cleared up the warmups in my mind. I find reading S&S a bit tricky, but this was really useful and informative. Thank you!

It’s exactly as expected, a 30lb kettlebell. This is straight from the box, no issue with appearance and no problem with the grip. Good buy for the price.

Just started Kettlebells and I'm trying to do the Simple and sinister routine. I'm male so I bought the recommended 35 pound kettlebell.

As part of the warmup, I have to do the Halo things. I can't do it with my 35 pound kettlebell right now. Its too heavy and I think I'm messing up the form. I'm even struggling with the goblet squat. I'm curious if I should try something else as warm up or if I should invest in a lighter weight just for the warmups? What do you guys think?

How long, approximately, does this warm-up take when performed in the course of an actual workout? (Trying to budget time and I have a very limited window to work with.) Edit - thanks for the great video content.

Excellent video, thank you. One question though, please. Considering weights are involved, is this the kind of warmup that someone can jump out of bed and do, or should they do stretching to warmup first?

How many rounds of this should you shoot for when warming up?

Do your arms lift or assist in the swing upwards/downwards in any way? Thanks.
