Sure it's a great burn, but you won't bulk up like this.

I can't figure out how 4 rounds count. You do this on the video (3-2-1) 10 times to get the numbers that are described (30-20-10) and that counts as one round, right? Which means doing a total of 120 squats, 80 swings and 40 C&P for the workout:-)

I started with 12 kg to master the basics. I have been practicing for a month. It becomes too easy on the ballistic movements so I have to double the number of repetitions. I should soon increase to 16kg in a few months and in the meantime I continue to do great work. Thank you for your sources of inspiration 🙂👌💪

Angenommen die 6 minuten sind nach 10 swings zu ende... starte ich dann runde 2 mit 10 swings oder fange ich von vorne mit squats an?

Basic compound movements with a high range of motion and a constant time under tension, thats your answer to everything. And dont you dare training like a roidhorse, one working set to failure and next exercise.
