I love Mayra's newer keto tortilla made only with Psyllium and coconut flour. It makes a good amount of dough. So I keep leftover dough in the fridge for tortillas on demand. It also has the texture of corn tortillas but super satisfying, soft and the aroma 🌮mmmm.

If you use your tortilla press regularly I found cutting a gallon zip lock bag apart and use it instead of parchment paper. It is reusable. Just wipe clean when your done. When they are dry just put them inside the press and store them together. I love watching you girls.

I love my tortilla press! I buy parchment circles and use them all the time. I have a silicone mat under my tortilla press so it doesn’t scratch my counter. I even use it to flatten a tube of sausage into rounds so they cook up in a flash. I make small pizza dough rounds for individual pizzas using flat head dough.

You girls always make me laugh! I have started a "technically" Keto lifestyle thanks to you two. I tried it over 20 years ago and could not stick to it for lack of bread, the recipes and even store bought bread options available now are so wonderful. Hey ❤…. I love your channel. I just wanted to throw a flipping trick. I use two frying pans, and rather than trying to flip with a flipper, I just tip the contents right into an already preheated second frying pan. This method is especially great when mass producing thing like wraps or pancakes…. Hop this helps

I love those spinach wraps! I've been eating them all the time. They taste good, they hold up well, they're easy to make, each wrap basically has an egg in it, you get your veggies. They're practically a miracle.

BTW: I waited 30 years before breaking down getting a tortilla press. All the while thinking I didn’t need it. We’ll I do, now that my boys are grown. Now to practice on the grand kids.

Your humor sends me to a good place. The recipes look great too. I'm excited to try the spinach, egg, and garlic recipe. A "recipe" I enjoy for breakfast is frying 2 scrambled eggs, spinach, and 1 sliced banana in butter in the same pan. I add salt and pepper to the eggs. It's quick, filling, and tasty.
